Huffington Post: Jennifer Lawrence In ‘The Silver Linings Playbook’? Actress In Talks For Mark Wahlberg Drama

Dating Jennifer Lawrence would be way more than a little silver lining for most, but hey, this is Hollywood.
Deadline is reporting that Mark Wahlberg and David O. Russell have chosen the “Winter’s Bone” Oscar-nominee and future “it girl” to star in the pair’s “The Fighter” followup, “The Silver Linings Playbook.”
Based on a novel by Matthew Quick, it’s the story of a clinically depressed man who is released from a mental hospital after a number of years, who, according to the writer’s website, “formulates a theory about silver linings: he believes his life is a movie produced by God, his mission is to become physically fit and emotionally supportive, and his happy ending will be the return of his estranged wife Nikki.”
